1. No Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal dislike of fragrance

  • Incorrect selection

Please ensure that you review all product details and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it is considered final.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. In such cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
To be eligible, you must provide:

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
