At SBN Perfumes, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when your products will arrive.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, except for COD orders. 

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location within the UAE.

  • Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, sales, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain amount (as promoted on the website).


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details, if available.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at your provided address. If no one is available to receive the order:

  • A second attempt will be made.

  • If both attempts fail, the order may be returned to us, and re-delivery will require an additional fee.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. SBN Perfumes is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


8. Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and contents.

  • We’ll assess the situation and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
